Make your CV better.

Designing your Curriculum Vitae is an art. Why? Because it is your personality transformed onto a piece of paper. Most of the questions are directly asked from the CV and those questions decide your fate. So it is very important for the right person to have right content in CV. So following tips I would like to suggest you based on my experience:

Make it Concise

People appreciate those who are to the point, pithy, meaningful and concise. Its like mention your skills in keywords. Later I will give you more examples.

Make it Delightful to Read

How? It is your formatting skills. Practice will help you. My tip is, first make your CV and some days later analyze yourself, how it could be better. Be yourself interviewer and think what is needed to be improved. That is called self introspection. So never stop being better.

Originality

Put only those material in your CV of that you can have proof. Example if you mention reading books as a hobby, try to predict all questions that can be asked. And only then mention it in CV if you're confident that you know everything that may be asked. My tip is, "Just be simple". Like I would choose a hobby like jogging which would give me as less as questions to be asked. Experience will tell you, practice will help you.

Be Optimistic

You may have some failures, some embarrassments or some wrong decisions in your career from which you may be asked a lot twisting questions. In that case, first accept your failures and find out what did you learn from them. A failure without a lesson is waste and can reduce your chances of selection. Bigger the failure bigger should be your hard work to overcome that. Take everything in a positive way. Think what good things those failures brought to your personality, how did they help you in being more productive. So modify your perception toward he failure.

Cover all Loopholes

Directly come to example. Take any line from your CV, example your name. Form all possible questions that can be asked. Search the internet regarding those questions. e.g.
  • what is meaning of your name?
  • why this name for you?
  • who is famous personality with the same?
  • what qualities he possess and you don't?
Like that. Prepare for every question and that will give you a good edge over other candidates.
